Landlord in Nashville is frantically cutting the Rent

The landlord of this rental in Nashville originally had it priced at almost $5,000/month in rent. That was back in late 2022.

Since then, they have cut the rent down to $3,500/month. And it is still sitting on the market.

That's because there is a surge of overpriced rental inventory lingering on the market in Nashville. Which is causing landlords to cut the rent.

Problem is: these rents are still high, especially for the local population. That means we could see more of the landlords cut rent in 2024.
