3min Ginger Tea

This is a quick and simple way to prepare Ginger Tea for those on the go. Transfer to a thermos flask and you can enjoy the drink anytime (except night time!), anywhere (school, work etc).

Ginger is known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. This drink can be enjoyed by anyone, and is especially beneficial when you feel like a cold or flu coming on.

The following is good for one 500ml flask:
1. Ginger - remove skin and grate. The amount of ginger to use depends on how strong you like your tea
2. Brown Sugar - 1 teaspoon. It has beneficial properties, it helps to nourish the blood, expel wind and disperse "cold" in the body.

Steep for 20min or so, and you are ready to enjoy the tea!
