一湯匙薑粒 1tbsp chopped ginger
半茶匙砂糖 1/2tsp sugar
半茶匙幼鹽 1/2tsp salt
兩茶匙玫瑰露或花雕酒 2tsp Xiaoshing wine
一百毫升清水 100ml water
