Blueberry smoothie
1.5 cup frozen blueberries
1.5 cup frozen mango
1 ripe banana
1 pitted medjool date
lemon zest from 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1.5 cup almond milk

Blend and enjoy!

Simple Blueberry dressing
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 pitted mejool date
juice of 1/2 lemon
splash of water
