Fall in Love With Winter

Plants and animals don't fight the winter; they don't pretend it's not happening and attempt to carry on living the same lives that they lived in the summer. And neither should you!
❄️ Dress appropriately. Whether you are playing in the snow, rain, or super cold, there is clothing to keep you warm and dry. Shop sales and secondhand stores for quality gear.
❄️ Make a plan to get outside regularly. Include friends or family to make it harder to bail and stay home.
❄️ Create cozy experiences — campfires, hot drinks or soup in a thermos, and hot springs (or hot tub) soaks — make winter extra snuggly.
❄️ Create indoor experiences, too. Think candles and hot cocoa. Read a book under a blanket and sip tea. Put together a puzzle or play a board game.
