INGREDIENTS:

1 kilo Chicken
4 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 large Potato, cut into chunk
1 medium Carrot, cut into chunk
4 large Tomatoes, chopped
1 to 2 pcs dried Bay Leaves
3 tbsp Fish Sauce (Patis)
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Achuete soaked in 1 cup water
1 tbsp Sugar (brown)
1 medium red and green Bellpepper
1/2 cup green Peas
