Pininyahang Manok Recipe | CREAMY PINEAPPLE CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:

1 and 1/2 kilo Chicken, serving size
1 cup Pineapple Juice
4 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 medium Onion, chopped
1/4 cup Fish Sauce (Patis)
2 pcs dried Bay Leaves
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 (115g) Tomato Sauce
3 medium Potatoes, cut into chunks
1/2 litre Coconut Milk (first extract)
1 (227g) Pineapple Chunks
1/2 tsp Salt
1 medium green and red Belllpepper
NOTE: **drain the chicken after marinating
