People with severe physical disabilities can shape our lives in powerful and unique ways. Ms. Elaina Bals works as an Executive Assistant to the Head of School. Elaina Bals joined The Geneva School of Manhattan in 2025 with experience in marketing and publicity for an independent book publisher. With extensive caregiver experience, she serves in leadership with Do For One, a nonprofit organization that seeks to establish freely-given relationships for adults living with disability in New York City. Each summer, she serves families affected by disability at Joni and Friends Family Retreat. Ms. Bals holds a B.A. in English from The King’s College in New York City.
