If you think eating healthy is expensive, you're not wrong. The other day I wanted to buy organic Peppers and it costs $4 for two Peppers. So if you're trying to lose weight and eat healthy. You are faced with a double battle. The battle of motivating yourself to workout, the battle of motivating yourself to eat healthy, and the battle of motivating yourself to pay good good money. For. Healthy produce. In my experience, there is a very simple three-step process that can be followed in order to eat healthy, even though healthy food can be expensive. Step one is to reduce sugar intake, step two is to increase fiber intake, and step three is to pray that your bank account is well padded so you can shop at Whole Foods. Most people can do this workout everyday with no problems but check with your doctor if you have any questions, concerns, or special circumstances.

Always warm up for 2-3 minutes before doing ANY workout. Here's a good multi-purpose warm up that most people can easily do.
20 sec jumping jacks
20 sec squats
20 sec lunges
do twice

Be sure to consider the rest of your workout commitments as you decide which workouts to do. 20 - 30 min total per day is a good amount!
