Goals Don’t Work. Systems Do. Here’s Why.

You have focus on trackable behaviors that ultimately lead to the goal.

If you’re a fan of James Clear, the following statement comes to mind:
You don’t rise to the level of your goals; you fall to the efficacy of your systems.

Examples:
-I will be more consistent with my yoga practice - I will do 15 minutes of yoga 3x per week.

-I will start lifting weights. - I will try 2 resistance training exercises at the end of each of my yoga sessions.

-I will lose 10 lbs - I will cook healthy meals [from scratch] for at least 75% of my dinners.

So… what are your trackable behaviors you’d like to implement for 2026?
