If you are wondering if you should go no contact you are likely going through a tough breakup and wanting your ex back. The best way to get an ex back, is not to chase after them, but to let them face the loss so they can return to you themselves. That way there are balanced interest levels.

No Contact is not only a power move, it is an attractive move, and over time, increases your value too, as you refuse to chase someone who rejected you. If you want your ex to be reattracted to you and reconsider getting back together, or at the very least, break no contact, then going no contact is the best decision you can make.

If you chase your ex then you just lower your own value and make them realize you have no other options, which is not attractive.
