CRAZY 300 SPARTAN WORKOUT: Cardio Edition
This crazy 300 spartan workout is a special cardio edition. With 10 great cardiovascular exercises using your own body weight you'll be able to get a perfect cardio workout in a matter of minutes!
Warning: Use this workout at your own risk. Always start with a proper warm up. Consult with a physician if you're new to working out or if you start a new workout plan. You're responsible for your own health!
The workout:
Start with 5-10 minutes of jogging or rope skipping as part of a warm up. Then perform the following exercises without rest in between in the order you prefer (although this one is one of the preferred orders).
40 High Knees
50 Crab Kicks
40 Step Ups
40 Jumping Jacks
20 Tucked Jumps
10 Burpees
30 Double Unders
20 Box Jumps
40 Mountain Climbers
10 Long Jumps
