Megan Hildebrandt, Director/Associate Professor of Practice in the Department of Art & Art History

For the 20/21-21/22 Academic years, Hildebrandt will be serving as the director of First-Year Core, the first-year foundations program for the Department of Art and Art History

Hildebrandt is partnering with the Livestrong Foundation to offer a new course this fall called Aesthetics of Health. It’s modeled after a course she offered in a previous role at Interlochen Art Academy.

For Hildebrandt’s “Households in Quarantine Series” project, she asks friends and family to send a description of what quarantine life looks like in their households and then creates a drawing based on the description. Anyone can submit a description of daily life in quarantine. The project has been highlighted in a series of Glasstire articles recently.
