Inbox review of 1/35 Scale Carro Armato M14/41 Model Kit from Italeri

The Carro Armato M 14/41 was an upgraded version of the M13/40 The /number being the year it was introduced. Yeah, Italy was also an Antagonist in World War 2. They used these tanks in the North African Campaign. This tank had a better engine and better armor than the M13/40, but it was still obsolete as it was being built. They were unreliable and cramped, and caught fire quickly when hit. Although it was not a successful tank, the chassis was used for the successful Semovente da 90/53 tank destroyer.

This model kit, well it looks descent, I have built quite a few Italeri models, some being not all that good, some outright terrible, especially the older ones, but this one looks alright, I think it will build into a nice representation of this tank. Even though this is a reissue, with an added tree of figures, it seems like it has been modeled quite well, not a lot of flash for such an old kit. Here is link to Scalemates where you can find some Aftermarket for this kit.
