45 MIN TABATA Full Body | Strength & Cardio | Medium and Heavy Weights

We've got a 45 minute Tabata full body strength and cardio workout today! You'll start with a warm-up, go through loaded (weights) to unloaded (cardio) moves, then finish up with a quick cool down / stretch. You'll need two medium weights (we're using 12lbs) and one heavy weight (we're using a 25lb). Have fun!
