LIVE WORKOUT 178 - 60 Minute FULL BODY STRENGTH & CARDIO HIIT NEW FORMAT!

Saturday Crazy Train New Format Alert!!! We have 6 blocks of work which you will need 2 moderate weights (we have 15's). We have 5 exercises in each block that we do twice!! Then we have a 60 second rest between each block.

The Breakdown:
Dynamic Warmup
Block 1: Weights (40 on 15 off)
Block 2: Cardio Body weight (30 on 10 off)
Block 3: Every other loaded- unloaded (40:15/ 30:10)
Block 4: Weights (40 on 15 off)
Block 5: Cardio Body weight (30 on 10 off)
Block 6: Every other loaded- unloaded (40:15/ 30:10)
