Purge plays Viper w/ Slacks

Viper is a relatively strong mid, especially for my playstyle, because he can be pretty aggressive in lane but also has high amounts of tankiness which makes mistakes more forgiving. Laning with Viper usually results in pressuring your opponent, and when you get ganked, sometimes 1-2 kills in response before you go down!

This game I tried out Witch Blade on Viper, which on paper seems like close to the perfect item for Viper! It applies during your regular attacks which you already do, and it gives extremely great stats for Viper as well between the Attack Speed, Armor(one of his occaisional weaknesses), and extra mana(a little overkill this game). The passive proc that slows enemies makes it easier to get stacks on enemies when they're a little out of reach, and the magic damage it deals(based on Vipers sorta mediocre int), still stacks great with Poison Attacks ability to lower magic resistance!

So witch blade works pretty excellent because it provides Viper needed tankiness but also really solid offense that isn't quite as available with other items. Witch blade should be really considered for most Ranged, Int based cores for these benefits.
