Today we went back in time to the 1950's with the help of my new cookbook 😍 See what our large family ate for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. We also share what was our favorite and what I took away from this day of meals !!!! I hope you enjoy these vintage recipes as much as we did 🧡💚💙💜

BUCKWHEAT PANCAKES
2 1/2 tsp yeast
4 cups water
1 tsp sugar
3 1/2 cups buckwheat flour
1 cup all ;purpose flour
2 TBS brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 TBS shortening melted

BREAD
2 1/2 tsp yeast
1/4 cup water
2 cups milk
2 TBS sugar
2 tsp salt
1 TBSP shortening
6 1/2 cups flour
