2/3 cup shortening
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp grated orange peel
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
4 Tablespoons milk
Oven 350 degrees
