½ cup shortening
½ cup butter
2 ½ cups flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp baking soda
1 package semi-sweet chocolate (2 cups)

CHOCOLATE COOKIES
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup light brown sugar
½ cup heavy cream
2 sticks butter (1 cup)
1 cup sugar
5 squares baker’s chocolate (melted)
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder

STRAWBERRY JAM
1 pint strawberries
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup honey

Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup maple syrup
2 cup oats

CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI BREAD
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
¼ cup butter
¼ cup oil
½ cup cocoa
¾ cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup chocolate chips
1 ½ cups zucchini
2 eggs

SANDWICH BREAD
3 cups flour
1 ½ tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 ¾ tsp yeast
¼ cup oil
1 cup water (hot)

MORNING GLORY MUFFINS
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp flax seed
¼ cup almond butter
¼ cup honey
1/3 cup walnuts (chopped)
½ cup oats
½ tsp ginger
1/3 cup raisins
1 cup carrots (grated)
1 apple (grated)
1 banana (ripe)
1 egg
