Gawin mo ito sa manok sobrang sarap! daig pa ang manok ng sikat na restaurant!!

Whole fried chicken
Ingredients:
Whole chicken 1 kg. (dressed)
Salt 2 tsp
Soysauce 1/3 cup
Bay leaf 3pcs
Ground black pepper 1 tsp
Water 2 litre or more if necessary
powdered seasoning optional
Cooking oil for frying
Sweet potato (cut into baton)

Procedure:
*Place a pot with over the stove and let it comes to a boil, add salt, soysauce, bay leafs and ground black pepper and put the whole chicken at the same time and let it simmer for 1hour at low heat setting
* Feel off sweet potato and cut into baton, then deep fry on low to medium heat setting until cook.
* After an hour remove the chicken from the stock to cool down or you can put it on a bowl of water with ice.Then deep fry the chicken side by side at low to medium heat setting until golden brown.
* Remove the chicken from the pan and soak it on a bowl of cold water for a minute then deep fry in again at high heat setting until become crispy.
*Drain excess oil and serve it hot with sweet potato fries and catsup.
