4 Weeks to 1100 lbs SBD. 3rd to last squat session. #squats #legday #powerlifting

Only 4 weeks left until I go for 1100 lbs SBD. Volume is going to start coming down. I've got work to do to get my right hip sorted out between now and the end of April.

Today I hit jump training 4 different ways, Squats, Paused Hack Squats and Reverse Hypers.
