Recipe:
Ganache
300g dark chocolate chips
300ml heavy cream
(if you need more or less just do the same grams to millilitres ratio)

Heat the cream then add it to the bowl of dark chocolate chips. Mix well and refrigerate to thicken for about 30 minutes.

Gelatin Water
120g unflavored powdered gelatin
1 1/2 cups of cold water
Food colouring (I put about 4 toothpicks of blue)

600 ml of hot boiled water mixed with
150g sugar
2 TBSP lemon juice

mix the cold water & gelatine well, let it thicken for 15 minutes. In the meantime, bring the 600 ml of water to a boil with the sugar and lemon. Then for it into the cold mixture and mix well. Add food colouring. Allow it to cool to room temperature.

Pour the jello around the island cake and place in the fridge for 4 hours to overnight to thicken.

For trees: Crush digestive biscuits and add food colouring.
