HOW TO MAKE BEAUTIFUL ROSE BUN AT HOME

Hello everyone ! I know its been a while since the last time we post video about cook and bake. Things has gone wild this past days but now im back with something might look a bit different than past recipes.

Today im making steamed and gyoza style rose bun. I approach a different method by steam it following the gyoza method. This bun is tasty and beautiful, as some say this probably a little touch to impress on special occasion.

1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup warm milk
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp instant yeast
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
4-5 drops food colour
