JAPAN CRUNCHY LITTLE PANCAKE - KYOTO

Taiyaki is a popular Japanese bites consist of a flavour filled batter pancake. Crispy on the outside, soft and flavourful fillings inside made this a consistent things to try out when you are in Japan.

As we made our way to Kyoto Shinkansen 🚅 Station (Japan bullet train) we found this cute little stall by the station selling small bite pancakes.

As most Taiyaki is quite a decent size for a treat, this little ones are about quarter the size of regular Taiyaki.
