Is "Chicken Pudding" Really as Weird as it Sounds |1824 Recipe|

The words "chicken" and "pudding" usually don't go together. This will be interesting. Let's see if it's any good! This recipe (or reciepts as they used to be called) is from The Virginia Housewife, first published in 1824. This book remained popular for decades!
All spices used were kindly donated by our local tea and spice shop, Quientesential Riverfront Teas & Spices. If you ever visit Ste. Genevive Missouri please see our friend's store, which has been open since 1806.
Check out our 2nd channel ^_^ where we eat and review these historic dishes, for better or for worse.
