To prepare for 2017 I decided to complete 30 marathons in 30 days from a treadmill set up in my kitchen. Why? (Good question) The theory was so I could ‘taste trial’ 30 different breakfasts and explore endurance-based sports nutrition in a way never tested before. All in the hope he would be better informed to fuel the running season ahead. It’s far from conventional, but the theory shows there could be method to my madness. Allow me to explain..
