As the water temperature dropped to 3.7°C at Manley Mere (in Chester) I decided to take the MASSIVE man legend that is Eddie Hall (World's STRONGEST Man) ice swimming followed by an obstacle course. Why? As per the teachings of the NEW book "The Art of Resilience" and inspired by the great ancient Stoic Epictetus, “We must undergo a hard winter training and not rush into things for which we haven’t prepared.”
