With no set goal for 2019 I found myself "training to train" which inadvertently improves work capacity for 2020 adventures (as per the teachings of THE WORLD'S FITTEST BOOK and the Law of More) which is my body's ability to perform and positively tolerate training of a given intensity and duration. With this said, this was my first visit to GYMSHARK'S $7MILLION GYM and here's the 11 hour training session that followed that day.
