hope everyone is staying safe and healthy at home! here is my glutes and abs workout routine that i have been doing during this self-isolation period. summer 2020 bod here we COME!!!!
dont forget that working out is only half the battle, healthy eating is a whole other thing to maintain! i just started working out again 2 weeks ago (the last time i went to the gym was JANUARY which is SO BAD I KNOW).
