47th Street Driving in Southside Chicago 4K Streets of the Americas

47th street in southside Chicago is east west thoroughfare that starts from Lake Shore Drive in the east and runs west to Central Avenue where it T bones and resume after Harlem until County Line road where it turns into Chicago Avenue between the City of Western Springs and Hinsdale. Today we will be heading west from Cornell Drive in Kenwood neighborhood to Homan Avenue in Gage Park close to Archer Heights. The trip was cut short by unanticipated road closure at Archer Avenue. We will driving through neighborhoods of Kenwood Bronzeville Fuller Park Canaryville Back of the Yards and Gage Park. The trip was 6 miles and took about 22 minutes to complete it. Enjoy!!!
