Inquiry-Based Coaching™ (IBC™) is a set of 14 open-ended questions designed to transform our perception to radically transmute what is getting in the way of the most wholesome, powerful, and joyful expression of ourselves. It is a powerful model of self-transformation designed to let go of the embedded negative stories and unconscious assumptions that we keep about ourselves and the world. It allows for our natural wisdom to shine through and show us the way.

Tania Fierro is the founder of the Innerland Institute and lead co-creator of the IBC™ method. She is a Philosophical Counsellor and a member of the American Philosophical Practitioners Association (APPA New York). Tania has completed the Applied IFS Therapy program from the Adler Graduate School, and holds a BA and MA in applied philosophy. She served as director for The Institute for The Work in Los Angeles, and was director of Human Rights Sector for Tibet House. Tania was a participant in the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games, and is a practitioner of several wisdom traditions such as Mahamudra, Dzogchen, and Advaita.

Pedro Cortina holds a Doctorate in Leadership and a Bachelors in Philosophy and Economics. He is a lead creator Inquiry Based Coaching™, and Certified Philosophical Counsellor (APPA New York), holds a a Therapy Certificate in Applied IFS Therapy from Adler Graduate School. He is a certified counselor by the American Philosophical Practitioners Association in New York and a graduate from the Finance Program for Senior Executives at the University of Oxford. Additionally, throughout his life, he has fully immersed in several eastern transformational traditions such as Mahamudra, Dzogchen, and Advaita.
