Bus Crash / Downtown LA 7.14.18

DOWNTOWN LA - A bus with 31 passengers crashed and flipped on it's side in DTLA overnight causing a major incident. 25 victims were transported by ambulance. The driver plus 6 passengers were treated at the scene and not transported.

It was a very chaotic scene. Multiple victims were stuck inside the bus. Victims were helped out by Good Samaritan's before CHP & LAFD arrived. Victims could be seen bloodied and dazed. Most victims wre sleeping when the bus crashed.

At one point the driver of the bus tried to leave the scene. On camera you can see CHP running after him. The caught him and brought him back to the scene. The bus was possibly coming from Pala Casino and in route to Encino.

The bus was uprighted at 6:45am
