IDRIVEACLASSIC: British Leyland Autumn Rally Show - 2019

In today’s video we head back to 2019 and we are looking round the BL Autumn Rally held in Milton Keynes, England. The hotly anticipated annual show organised by Tom Morley, is a brilliant opportunity to witness and celebrate cars from the rich history of British Leyland and Austin Rover – with a few British Motor Corporation cars too! The show is unique in that it gives visitors the chance to see the cars they remember from yesteryear such as the Austin Maxi, Austin Allegro, Rover 100, Rover 114, Austin Metro, Morris Marina, Morris Ital, Rover 800, Rover 600, Rover 200 and Rover 400. The show also features the cars you’d almost forgotten like the Austin Montego and Austin Maestro and rare cars such as the Austin Princess (Princess car) are welcome too.

This is one of my favourite shows of the year and whilst it may not happen this year, I thought I’d give you a taste of what we can expect for the next event – whether it’s 2020 or 2021.
