CrossFit Open Workout 21.2 is a repeat of Open Workout 17.1. Workout 21.2 is an absolute burner and is entirely focused on how one’s engine can perform.
Whether you’re a weathered #CrossFit veteran trying to best your score from 2017 or tackling Open Workout 21.2 for the first time — it’s a good idea to have a strategy in place before starting the timer.

We thought last week was an engine-focused workout, but Workout 21.2 just took that up a level. I can’t stress enough to use strategy to tackle this one and to make sure you’re consistent with your movement patterns throughout the entirety of your workout.
The last thing we want is to hit a wall when we were well on our way to completion or logging a personal best.
