Brushes: 1/2 flat bristle (large), #11 round (medium), #5 round (small)
Acrylic Paint: titanium white, mars black, burnt umber (brown), fire red, deep yellow, green oxide
Other: #2 pencil, 9 inch paper plate, palette, cup of water for washing brushes, paper towel for drying brushes

STEPS:
1. #2 pencil and paper plate - Outline cow
2. 1/2 inch bristle brush - Paint background with brown and white
3. 1/2 inch bristle brush - Paint 1st layer of black fur areas on cow with black
4. 1/2 inch bristle brush - Paint 1st layer of white fur areas on cow with black, brown and white
5. 1/2 inch bristle brush - Paint hat with black, green, yellow and white
6. #11 round brush - Paint basecoat for ornaments with black, red, yellow and brown
7. #11 round brush - Finish nose and mouth with black, white, red and brown
8. #11 round brush - Paint highlights on black fur with gray, white and black
9. #11 round brush - Paint highlights on white fur with white and gray
10. #5 round brush - Paint the eyes with yellow, brown, black and white
11. #11 round brush - Paint 2nd layer of ornaments with red, yellow, black, brown and white
12. #5 round brush - Paint the hooks with black, brown, yellow, white and gray
13. #5 round brush - Paint reflections on ornaments with red, yellow and white
