MODIFIED FULL BODY JACKED LIKE JOJO ROUTINE:
Dumbbell Squats to Calf Raise 3 sets of 20 reps
Jumping Split Squat 3 sets of 12 reps
Incline Bench-Bentover Row: 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Bench Press-Pullups: 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Pushup Taps 3 sets of 30-60 seconds
Curls to Shoulder Press 3 sets of 15 reps
Reverse flies to Later raises 3 sets of 15 reps
