Todays program with actually be split into 2 parts for those who want the Bodybuilder Aesthetics from Baki to those who want to Be fit and strong like Baki. This is going to be intense and you're gonna have to push yourself to get those Level 5 GAINZ. Train Hard and share with your friends.

Bodybuilding and Aesthetics
Monday & Thursday (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps) Rest 90 seconds between sets focus on Tension and contraction in the muscles.
Bench press – 5 sets of 6 reps
Shoulder Press 4 x 10-12
Incline Bench press 4 x 10-12 reps
Weighted/Dips 4 x 10 Super setted with Wide Pushup Hold.
Lateral Raises Supersetted with Front Raises 4 x 12 each
Tricep push downs/Diamond Pushups 4 x 10
Band Rotations 3 sets of 10 each side

Tuesday and Friday (Back, Biceps and Legs) Rest 90 seconds between sets focus on Tension and contraction in the muscles.
Weighted WideGrip Pullups-5 sets of 5-8 reps
Barbell Rows- 4 sets of 8-12 reps
Single Arm Dumbbell Rows 4 sets of 10 reps each side
Dumbbell/Barbell Curls 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Face Pulls 2 sets of 15 reps
Either Squats or Deadlifts 4 sets of 8-12 reps
Side Lateral Leg Raises 2 sets of 50 each leg
Weighted Lunges 3 x 10 reps each leg
Calf Raises 6 x 15 reps

Wednesday & Saturday (Yoga/Combat/Cardio day)
Stretching
Martial Arts
HIIT/LISS/Moderate Pace Cardio for heart and lung conditioning
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING BAKI (2 a days) (Focusing on becoming fit and athletic like a fighter) (rest less than a minute between sets)
MONDAY:
AM
4 rounds of Shadow Boxing/Heavy Bag
Cardio (HIIT/LISS)
PM
Heavy Bench Press 4 sets 5 reps
Heavy Shoulder Press 4 sets of 5-6 reps
Finger Pushups 4 sets of 12-20 reps
Conditioning Shoulder Press 4 sets of 20 reps
3 sets of 10 reps Shoulder Stabilizers Supersetted to clap pushups for 30 seconds.
TUESDAY
AM
4 rounds of Shadow Boxing/Heavy Bag
Cardio (LISS/Moderate)
PM
Yoga/Stretching Routine
WEDNESDAY: Tough like the Toonz Medley (Choose your adventure)
Samurai Jack, Rainbow Dash Sonic, Sanji.
THURSDAY
LISS CARDIO and STRETCHING
FRIDAY

4 rounds of Shadow Boxing/Heavy Bag
15-20 MINUTES OF HIIT CARDIO
PM
Weighted Pullups 4 sets of 5 reps
Dumbbell Rows 4 sets of 5 reps (each arm)
Light pullups 4 sets until muscle failure
Barbell Rows 4 sets of 20 reps
Face Pulls 2 sets of 30 reps
