Butt Up Twists 3 x 20-30 reps
Back Squat 5 x 8 reps
Hyperextensions 3 x 10 reps
Pullup 3 x 10 reps
Curls 3 x 15 reps
Tuesday
Incline Bench 6 x 10 reps

Dips 3 x 15 reps
Thursday
Abs
Power Jumps: 3 sets of 60 seconds
Reverse Flies: 3 x 10 reps
Dumbbell Rows 3 x 8 reps each arm
Hammer Curl 2 x 20 reps
Lat PullDowns 3 x 10 reps
Friday
Bench Press 1 x 8 reps, 5 x 6 reps
Alternate Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 5 x 5 reps each arm
Dumbbell Shrug: 5 x 15 reps
Skull Crushers: 3 x 10 reps
Plyo Pushups: 3 x 10 reps
