Ingredients

2 cups plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
3 egg whites
3/4 cup buttermilk( or 1/2 cup buttermilk & 1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp vinegar /lemon juice
1 tbsp vanilla extract
100g melted white chocolate
4 tbsp milk (to melt chocolate)
Pink food colouring
