Ingredients:
140 g Milk Chocolate ( ie semi sweetened chocolate 🍫)
113 g salted butter (1/2 cup)
120 ml double/heavy whipping cream (1/2 cup)
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (1/4 cup)
1 1/4 cup Icing Sugar known as powdered sugar (sifted)
Vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions
Measure all ingredients in a medium saucepan.

Cook together on low heat and whisk till melted and totally combined. Be careful not to burn it.

Turn the heat of and leave to cool or refrigerate to firm it up if you want to pipe it.
