Meat Pie Recipe. HOW TO MAKE MEATPIE,

Do you want to learn how to make a delicious and perfect meat pie? Then this recipe is for you. It is delicious and you won't be able to stop at one.
This recipe should yield about 25 medium sized meat pies.


Classic Meat Pie Recipe.

Ingredients & Measurements

Pastry
7 cups plain flour
4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 and 1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon sugar
450g or 500g cold butter
3 eggs
Another 1 egg for sealing & glazing

Mincemeat Filling
3 medium sized carrots
4 medium sized potato
1 small to medium onion
500g beef mince
cooking oil
1 tsp thyme (more of less as preferred)
Salt to taste (maybe about 1/2 tsp or a little more)
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
2 seasoning cubes or All purpose seasoning powder.
Bay leaf (2) optional

PS: Few of the ingredients used in this video were 'eyeballed'. But I've estimated the amount used here for your convenience.
