If you used to enjoy this Hungarian street food classic when in Europe but are now unfortunately trapped on a prison island like me, don't worry. You can make this langos fried bread treat very easily yourself if you follow this video tutorial. A simple bread recipe really, deep fried to a light crisp and then enjoyed with your topping of choice. I love a bit of winner's garlic sauce on mine but you can put what you want on can't you?

Traditionally these would have sour cream and/or garlic oil with cheese but sweet toppings are great too. I would recommend nutella if it wasn't so evil. So maybe just have some jam on it eh?
