A 30-day plan for job interviews is a short but powerful document that details what you will do in the position once you start work for the company.

A 30-day plan tells the hiring manager exactly what they will get in return from the salary they are going to pay you. A 30-day plan shows you are highly-organized and that you want to make sure the employer sees a positive return from their investment if they hire you.

#1. The first thing to include in your 30-day plan is that you will get a thorough brief from your manager or supervisor on what is expected of you in the role. Putting this in your 30-day plan tells the hiring manager that you expect to be held accountable for your work.

#2. The second thing to include in your 30-day plan is that you will then meet with your co-workers, establish their strengths, and determine exactly what you need to do in your work to achieve the team's objectives.

#3.
