“I would describe myself as hard-working, a sociable person, and someone who gets on with most people.”

#1. Tell the interviewer 3 single words that best describe the type of employee you are. These words should be ones that stand out from the other candidates. Words such as INDUSTRIOUS, AMBITIOUS, TRUSTWORTHY, DILIGENT, and DISCIPLINED Are great ones to consider using!

#2. Tell the interviewer that you are a HIGH-ACHIEVER and give them one example of something significant you have achieved in your life so far.

This could be helping an employer in a previous role increase sales, it could be recognition from your manager for outstanding work, it could be when you won a sporting event, or it could be when you helped raise money for charity or a local good cause.

#3. Tell the interviewer that you are the type of person who understands how important it is that you give them a POSITIVE RETURN ON THEIR INVESTMENT if they hire you!
