Surf and Turf cheeseburger

Disclaimer: I fucked up the first 2 burgers that's why on the video it looks a bit raw, but don't worry, I finished cooking them :v
Ingredients! (If you're going to make your own bread)

-Meat
-Salt
-Pepper
-Bacon
-Cheese
-Shrimps
-Butter
-Garlic
-BBQ Sauce

-Flour (500gr or so)
-Sugar (a tablespoon)
-Yeast (16gr)
-Salt (1/2 tbsp)
-A cup of milk
-Some hot water
