Creamy Fish

Pescado al Vino Blanco. Mom's recipe!
The preparation requires the following ingredients:
•Wine.
•Fish.
•500 ml of Sour Cream.
•5 Lemon.
•Minced Garlic.
•Chopped Parsil.
•Any oil of your preference (olive, sunflower, etc).
•Chicken broth seasoning (or salt).

Leave the fish marinating for 30 minutes on the juice of 5 lemons, when the 30 minutes are about to pass, add the minced garlic to a previously heated (and greased) pan, add also the cream and the wine. Add the seasoning and then the parsil. Let the heat reduce the wine until the consistency is creamy enough, then take the fish and throw it into the pan. Leave for about 5-15 minutes until it is totally cooked and enjoy!
