Chicken bake (2 years anniversary)

Hey my Clumsy Cooks! It's been 2 years since I uploaded my first video! I hope you like this, it's not a Costco chicken bake recreation or anything, it's just my own take on a chicken bake

Ingredients I used are in the video as well:

-1/2 kilo of wheat flour
-11gr of yeast
-Olive oil
-Salt
-1 egg
-Ginger
-2 tbsp of sugar
-Herbs of Provence
-Toasted mustard seeds (crushed)
-Black pepper (crushed)
-A tiny amount of baking powder (I wanted to see if it would help develop a harder crust and it kinda worked)
-Garlic
-Savory

-Chicken
-White pepper
-More herbs of Provence
-Salt
-Cheese
-A little bit of BBQ sauce

Ranch is very easy: 1/2 mayo, 1/2 cream, a bit of dill and some black pepper
