红枣红豆粘豆包,软糯又营养的经典早餐。 无需和面无需擀皮,新手友好。 视频会着重强调如何让粘豆包不塌陷的要点。一次多做点, 放冷冻, 要吃的时候复蒸一下即可哦!这一款超级无敌好吃!

📝 食材
300g 生红豆;75g 红枣 ;50g 青葡萄干 ;110g 糯米粉;50~100g 牛奶

📢 小贴士
* 红豆必须要浸泡过夜, 蒸的时候记得视频中提到的小技巧, 要不然会蒸很多时间。
* 红豆如果煮的话记得不要成豆沙。 个人建议蒸比较适合新手。
* 粘豆包液体的量是最关键的,交替加入糯米粉和牛奶到豆子表层裹上粉浆, 这样可以保证不会一次性加入太多的液体。
* 记住, 糯米粉是没有支撑力的, 所以糯米粉不要加太多哦, 视频中的配比出来口感很好!

Sticky bean bun is a traditional Chinese style breakfast originated from north Chia area. I ate it almost everyday when i was in collage. The glutinous rice layer wrapped with beans and raisins, soft and chewy, slightly sweet. You can make a batch and store them in freezer, steam when you want some. I shared all the tips you need to make this yummy sticky bean bun.

300g Red Bean; 75g jujube; 50g Raisin; 110g Glutinous Rice Flour; 50~100g Milk
