500g 中筋面粉
70g 玉米淀粉
6g 即发干酵母
285g 水
15g 糖
15g 猪油
8 根 热狗肠

✔️ 面团揉搓的长度要根据你所用的香肠长度调整。
✔️卷的两头要捏紧,这样蒸的过程不会散掉。
✔️蒸好后,焖制几分钟再开盖防止气压变化引起的回缩。

70g cornstarch
6g instant dry yeast
285g water
15g sugar
15g lard
8 hot dog sausages
👉 Tips
✔️ Adjust the length of stretch rolling the dough according to the length of the sausages you're using.
✔️ Pinch both ends tightly when rolling to prevent them from falling apart during steaming.
✔️ After steaming, let them sit for a few minutes before uncovering to prevent shrinking due to changes in air pressure.
